Unfortunately, there is always some terms and conditions to read. Please read them carefully before using our service!

Delivery:
We are experienced at mail order work and will aim to despatch your items within 48 hours. Normally, we will despatch same day if an order is received by 12 noon. Everything will be securely packed and despatched by normal first class mail.
Payments:
We accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this service: anyone can use it. PayPal is secure and we do not take or keep any card details. We will accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account. However, goods will not be despatched unbtil the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to Nairnshire Modelling Supplies or Mr Nigel Burkin or Mrs Sarah Burkin.
Paypal payments not within the shopping cart engine:
Payments can be made through our Paypal account to rowantree633@yahoo.co.uk. You can also request a paypal invoice for card payments. Please ask!
Returns:
We accept returns of unwanted goods within 3 days of receipt providing the pacakging is unopened and the goods are received back in good condition. A 15% handling and re-stocking fee may be charged based on the original transaction, carriage and handling costs.
Out-of-stock-items:
If an ordered item is out of stock we will offer to place it on back order or you have the option to cancel the order for that item.
Privacy:
We do not take any credit or debit card details, nor do we pass on or sell any records to third parties. A breach of such trust is completely alien to our way of doing business. We securely destroy any envelopes and documents that contain personal details of our customers such as addresses.
International orders:
We only accept PayPal payments for international orders. We only accept pounds sterling as a currency. No orders are accepted from countries outside the EU.
Postage charges.
We offer a sensible tiered rate for UK and European postage which depends on the value of the order. The maximum is £4.50. European orders are shipped by Royal Mail 'Small Packet Airmail'. Postage charges are calculated in the PayPal checkout area.
